How to Build a Daily Abundance Ritual in 10 Minutes

The most effective manifestation practices are not hour-long meditations. They are short, consistent, emotionally rich rituals. Here is one that works.
Consistency beats intensity. A 10-minute daily abundance ritual, practised without exception, will do more for your manifestation practice than an occasional 3-hour vision-boarding session.

**Morning (5 minutes)**
Before looking at your phone, before speaking to anyone, spend five minutes in a state of pure gratitude. Not for what you hope to receive β for what you already have. The mind in gratitude is the mind in abundance. Scarcity cannot coexist with genuine thankfulness.
Write three things you are grateful for. Be specific. Not "I am grateful for my home" but "I am grateful for the sound of rain on the window while I sit warm inside."
**Visualisation (3 minutes)**
Close your eyes and enter your desired life. See it in specific detail. What does the house look like? What does the car feel like to drive? What are you wearing? Who are you with? What is the quality of light?
